ABOUT CASA MIJAS
This beautiful West facing Ground Floor luxury
apartment is situated in Puebla Aida. It holds a
prime position within the Castle at Puebla Aida
which is the most prestigious part of the Pueblo.
The Castle is situated above the Los Laos and Olivos
Golf courses. The Apartment is accessed via the most
beautiful Entrance Hall, the staircase leads up to a
beautiful walkway overlooking a breath taking
Andalucía /Moroccan Courtyard.
The courtyard is the centre piece and all of the
apartments are accessed via this. The water fountain
that is situated in the courtyard is built in true
Andalucía design. The nearest pool is just a few
steps across from the courtyard. The main doors are
secure with entry system.
There are 4 Communal Pools on the complex all within
a 1 – 2 min walk. There are several local bars and a
mini market within walking distance during the busy
season. There is also a Club House on the Golf
course that does very nice lunches and the walk is
very nice. |

THE MASTER BEDROOM
The bedroom has been furnished to a good standard
with luxury furniture. It has the benefit of direct
access to the terrace via patio doors, which makes
this room very light and airy. The views from the
bedroom are breathtaking and a pleasure to wake up
to in the morning.
The room has a Double Bed with a luxury headboard,
two bedside cabinets a large chest of drawers. There
is plenty of room for storing clothes etc with the
added space of the double mirrored wardrobes. The
bedroom has the benefit of being fully air
conditioned which is ideal for the hot sticky month.
The bedroom also has satellite television (BBC1 ITV
etc),
The luxury soft furnishings are beautiful and make
this room very relaxing indeed. The patio door give
direct access to the terrace which is west facing
and gives the most amazing views of the sunsets
early in the evening of the mountains. |

SECOND BEDROOM
This lovely bright airy room has been decorated to a
good standard. There are two twin beds plus bedside
unit in the centre with bedside light. There are a
set of double mirrored wardrobes with ample space
for clothing.
There is a sliding window which opens out to views
of the stunning courtyard. The soothing sound of
running water can be very relaxing in the background
if you happened to like a siesta in the afternoon.

THE LOUNGE
The Lounge is very bright spacious and comfortable
and ideal for chilling out and relaxing. It has been
furnished to a good standard, with traditional
Spanish brickwork and fireplace. The walls have a
selection of pictures making the walls interesting
to look at. The soft furnishings make it a home away
from home. There a two large leather sofas, both
with two seats, large coffee table, Side board and
inside dining table. A selection of books is
provided plus a stereo system for pleasure.
The Lounge has the added benefit of air conditioning
plus television with satellite TV which provides the
following channels; BBC1, BBC2BBC3, ITV1, ITV2,
ITV3,ITV4,CH4, CH5, Sky One,E4, Sky True Movies 2,
Comedy Channel, Sky Sports 1,2,3 - Sky News,
Euro-sport and the National Geographic Channel. The
large Patio doors lead out to a very large west
facing terrace. An extra bed can be supplied and
placed in the lounge suitable for a child if
required. |

TERRACE
This apartment has the benefit of being in the best
and most desirable position in Puebla Aida, which is
the Castle.
On top of this is the terrace looks over the local
Mountains and countryside. There are fantastic
sunsets to take in during the early evening as the
sun sets in the west over the mountain. There is so
much to see from the moment you get up to sunset.
The terrace is very spacious and ideal for a family.
Casa Mijas enjoys the sun from mid day to sun set
during the summer months.
One half has a large full size ornate wrought iron
table with 4 chairs, the other half has 2 luxury arm
chairs 2 seat sofa and coffee table making alfresco
dining very relaxing. The terrace has selection of
local large plants, which we encourage our clients
to water whilst they are here, especially during the
hotter months. This is a lovely terrace for chilling
and reading a good book. |

KITCHEN
This kitchen has been designed to be totally open
plan to the lounge area, allowing easy access to the
dining area and terrace. It is very spacious and has
plenty of cupboard space and work surface for a
holiday apartment. It is very bright and airy with a
windows opening out to the terrace.
The kitchen has been equipped to a very high
standard giving everything you could possible
attention to everything that you could possibly
need. The kitchen comprises of Oven/ Hob, microwave,
fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle,
and toaster. There is ample top quality crockery,
glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. This makes longer
stays and extended holidays very easy and
comfortable.

TWO BATHROOMS
The family bathroom is decorated in true Spanish
style with traditional Andalucía Marble and tiles.
It consists of full size bath with Shower, Sink with
Vanity unit and toilet. The shower room consists of
large walk in shower and sink unit, this is also
decorated in local Spanish marble. |
