ABOUT CASA VICTOR This beautiful 1st Floor luxury apartment is
situated in Puebla Aida. It holds a prime position
within the Castle at Puebla Aida which is the most
prestigious part of the Pueblo. The Castle over
looks the Los Laos and Olivos Golf courses. The
Apartment is accessed via the most beautiful
Entrance Hall, the staircase leads up to a beautiful
walkway over looking a breath taking Andalucian /Morrocan
Courtyard.
The courtyard is the centre piece and all of the
apartments are accessed via this. The water fountain
that is situated in the courtyard is built in true andalucian design. There is a lift giving access to
all floors for those that find stairs difficult. The
main doors are secure with entry system.
There are 4 Communal Pools on the complex all within
a 1 – 2 min walk. There are several local bars and a
mini market within walking distance during the busy
season. The hotel Byblos and the New Radison Complex
are open to the public for meals and drinks. There
is also a Club House on the Golf course that does
very nice lunches and the walk is very nice.
THE MASTER BEDROOM
This Beautiful bedroom has been furnished to a very
high standard and has direct access to the Terrace
via large Patio doors which makes it extremely light
and airy. The views from the bedroom window are
breathless and a pleasure to wake up to in the
morning.
The room has a Queen Size Bed with an option of
twin divans if required. The bedroom has the benefit
of being fully air conditioned which is ideal for
the hot sticky month. The bedroom also has a luxury ceiling fan,
satellite television (BBC ITV etc), a DVD Player and
a large selection of good quality books.
The luxury soft furnishing are beautiful and make
this room very relaxing indeed. There is ample
wardrobe space within the Mirrored wardrobes and
plenty of drawer space as well. There is also a
black out shutter if you like to sleep in complete
darkness.
SECOND BEDROOM
This lovely bright airy room has been decorated to a
luxury standard. There are two twin beds in this
room which can be made into a double if required on
special request. It has the most beautiful soft
furnishings making it 5* accommodation. The room
also has its own built in private shower cubicle
It is also fully air conditioned with a Luxury
fantasy ceiling fan fitted. There is a sliding window which opens out to views of the stunning
courtyard. The soothing sound of running water can
be very relaxing in the background if you happened
to like a siesta in the afternoon.
The bedroom is also furnished very nicely giving
ample drawer space. There are large Mirrored double
wardrobes giving ample hanging space for close.
THE LOUNGE
The Lounge is a very comfortable lazy relaxing area.
It has been furnished to a very high standard. The
walls have the most beautiful paintings and prints,
making the walls very interesting to look at. The
luxury soft furnishing make it a home away from
home. There a two comfy leather sofa;s and foot
stool in the TV area. The remainder of the Lounge
has beautifully rustic wood furniture. There is a
large television and DVD in the lounge which is
connected to Satellite. The in cabinet there is a
large selection of over 100 DVDs’s to choose from.
There is a stereo system with an across the board
selection of music for your pleasure. The lounge is
also fully air conditioned and has the benefit of a
luxury fantasy ceiling fan also. Everything is
worked by remote control therefore you do not even
have to leave the sofa if you are feeling lazy.
The views from the lounge over the golf course and pool area are very relaxing. The terrace is accessed
via two large patio doors.
THE DINING AREA
The indoor dining table is ideal for the winter
month’s. Generally speaking most of the dining is done on the outside,
but it is nice to have comfortable indoor dining if required. The table
and chairs are very unusual being made from rattan with a pressed cork
table top which is totally unique.
The dining area is situated in the other half of the Lounge separated
from the TV area. Candles, place mats etc are supplied allowing a very
romantic dining area to be created if desired . The views from the
dining table are just as breathless as the views from the Terrace.
From dining in to just relaxing and playing a good old fashioned game of
cards over a glass of wine. This apartment has everything.
TERRACE
This apartment has the benefit of being in the best
and most desirable position in the Castle and totally is south facing
over the famous los olivos and laos golf courses.
On top of this is the terrace looks over one of our beautiful 4 communal
pool area’s. There are views of Fuengirola and the sea to the left and
spectacular mountain views to the right. There is so much to see from
the moment you get up to sunset. The terrace is split into two separated
area’s.
One half has a large mosaic teak table and luxury reclining chairs
making alfresco dining very relaxing. The terrace a lovely selection of
quality large plants, which we encourage out clients to water whilst
they are here in the hots month’s. The second half of the terrace has a
large lazy relaxing chair ideal for reading of just chilling out and
watching the world go by.
KITCHEN
This kitchen is very spacious and has plenty of cupboard space and work
surface for a holiday apartment. It is very bright and airy with a
windows opening out on the beautiful Andalusian courtyard.
The kitchen has been equipped to a very high standard giving everything
you could possible attention to everything that you could possibly need.
The kitchen comprises of Oven/ Hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing
machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. There is ample
top quality crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. This makes
longer stays and extended holidays very easy and comfortable.
MAIN BATHROOM
This consists of Shower Unit, Toilet and Vanity Sink unit. It has been
tiled in Traditional Andalucian style and also has a window onto the
courtyard.
2nd TOILET/WASHROOM
This apartment benefits from an extra toilet/washroom and shower unit in
2nd bedroom making it a two bathroom apartment.
