floor apartment is situated within the famous Castle
in Puebla aida. The Castle is the most prestigious
part of the Pueblo. It is accessed via the most
beautiful Andalusian entrance hall with large open
gallery staircase, the architecture is
breathtaking. The entrance hall then leads out into
an amazing courtyard with a large ornate Andalusian
fountain. Turn left to the Castle pool (only 25m
) or turn right to Casa Remi's front door which is
the first on right in the courtyard ( 5m ). The
property sleeps up to 5 comfortably. There are 4
communal pools to choose from. There is a local
restaurant and bar 5 minutes walk away
(April-October)
The famous hotel Byblos, Radisson SAS resort and
spa, poolside bars, Golf club house, local
restaurants, Bars and a 24 hour taxi rank is
within walking distance. All main attractions are
only a 10 min drive away. |

MASTER BEDROOM
This beautiful Bedroom has the benefit of a queen
size bed although this can be exchanged for two
singles if requested.
The bedroom has been decorated to a luxury standard
with the most beautiful soft furnishings and
furniture. The large patio doors give direct access
to a very large and spacious terrace, making this
room feel very relaxing and comfortable room

This bright beautiful bedroom has two top quality
divan beds that can be made into a queen size double
on request. The bedroom has been decorated to a
luxury standard and has the most beautiful soft
furnishings to compliment the room.
The room is very airy and has the benefit of sliding
windows onto the beautiful Andalusian courtyard with
ornate fountain. The sound of the fountain can be
very relaxing if you chose to take a siesta.
The room has a large set of double mirrored
wardrobes with ample storage, bedside cabinets,
luxury headboards, luxury ceiling fan and quality
lights.

LOUNGE
This fantastic 5* Luxury lounge has been furnished
and equipped to a very high standard and benefits
from luxury soft furnishings and furniture. The
apartment flooring is Andalusian marble.
The furniture consists of two large comfortable soft
leather sofa’s which are ideal for relaxing. A foot
poof is supplied for those that like to put their
feet up whilst watching television.
The walls has been decorated with a selection of
prints from the Claud Monet collection, and these
add a bright and airy feel to the room. This room is
very relaxing and very comfortable, ideal for
families. There are large patio doors leading out
onto the large terrace which then becomes an
extension of the living area.

| Along with a fast direct WiFi connection
throughout the apartment there is a large
television and DVD player, Satellite TV also
provides the following stations: BBC1, BBC2, BBC3
,ITV1, ITV2, ITV3, CH4, CH5, Sky one, Sky Movies 1,
Sky movies 2, True movies 1, True Movies 2, Sky
Sports 1, 2 & 3, Eurosport, National geographical
channel, Sky News and a large selection of Spanish,
German, French and Swedish channels.
We also supply a large selection of Adult and
children's DVD’s. A stereo system is also provided
with a large selection of music. The rooms also has
beautiful ornate French tables lamps, large coffee
table, sideboard and large wall mirror.

THE DINING AREA
The Dining Area is separated from the TV/Relaxing
area of the lounge and has a lovely round dining
table and chairs made from antique pine. It is
situated at the furthest part of the lounge and is
ideal for those evening you want to either eat in or
play a game of cards.
There is a wine rack for storing the local vinos
and candles are supplied for romantic dining. The
dining area is carefully situated a short few steps
from the kitchen area. |

TERRACE
This apartment has the benefit of an unusually large
terrace which is beautifully situated and has the
added bonus of a purpose built Spanish B.B.Q. right
next to the large bamboo dining table, ideal for the
warm evenings when you don't fancy going out and
just lighting the Barbie.
The terrace is split into two areas, this part has a
lovely bamboo dining table & chairs, BBQ, serving
trolley and cupboard which is ideal for alfresco
dining. The dining area is very spacious indeed and
ideal for alfresco dining and entertaining. Candles
are supplied if you wish to get the holiday
atmosphere whilst drinking a nice glass of wine. |

TERRACE
The largest half of the terrace has been made purely
for relaxing and chilling. The large luxury sofa and
armchairs are very comfortable and make this area an
outdoor lounge. The terrace is decorated in typical
Andalusian style with a selection of ornate plant
pots and plants.
The view of the golf course can be seen from the
right-hand side of this side of the terrace. There is
ample outdoor lighting for those that wish to
participate in the odd card game or two

KITCHEN
This kitchen is bright and airy with a window
opening onto the picturesque courtyard.
It has been fully equipped to a high standard and
benefits from a Oven/Hob, dishwasher, washing
machine, microwave, fridge freezer plus the usual
essentials of electric kettle, coffee maker,
toaster.
A large selection of crockery, utensils, cutlery,
pots and pans have been supplied along with place
mats, towels etc. For those that wish to visit the
beaches a cool box and parasol have been supplied.

BATHROOM
This luxury full size bathroom consists of full size
bath/shower and quality glass shower door, toilet
and vanity sink unit. It has been tiled in
traditional Andalusian style and also has a window
onto the courtyard.
Unlike a lot of Spanish holiday homes, the lighting
is very good and ideal for ladies that wish to see
what they are doing. There is also a socket for the
hairdryer that is supplied. bath and hand towels are
supplied.
