Hi Maria and Victor,
We want to thank you for our unforgettable rest in
Puebla Aida. We’ve never seen townships with such a
beautiful architecture. The apartment Casa Victor
was very comfortable, with many things like the
music centre with lots of CDs, DVD-player with
collection of the old kind movies and even the food
processor, that you don’t expect to find in usual
apartments. Moreover, it was very pleasant to know
that we can use the car free of charge. And, of
course, the most amazing thing was the breathtaking
views from our terrace. It was very relaxing to sit
there in the evenings with glass of Spanish wine and
admire the views! We hope to feel it again!

Hi there
It's been a while since we left our last comment but
certainly not since our last visit. You made my stay
in casa violet very welcoming, especially as I was
on my own for the first two weeks. The trip to
Malaga by train was very enjoyable and cheap with
views that you cannot see by car. Pena La Cresta was
very pleasant too. The long walks along the beaches
also made it a very restful time. Then when Mick and
the girls came out for the extra week we were able
to enjoy the family beaches, shopping centres and
Mijas for the donkey rides. Here I am ready for the
next one.

Dear Vic and Maria,
Sorry it has taken so long but we wanted to write to
tell you what a fabulous holiday we had in Casa Remi
in August. The apartment was even better than it
looked in the website and it was furnished to such a
high standard. It really was a home from and when
the kids got too hot outside, they were to come and
watch the telly!
Your car was an absolute god send and the driving
was easy enough.
There haven't been many holidays where we have said
that we will definitely go back - but we will
because the Costa is so accessible and cheap to
travel to from anywhere in the UK - even Aberdeen!

Hi Maria,
Just a brief note to thank you and Vic for a lovely
week in Casa Victor - we thought the apartment was
fantastic and was really well furnished and
spotlessly clean - normally when you see a place on
the internet the reality is not normally anywhere as
good as what you expect - in our case we could not
have been more pleased with everything - we
particularly appreciated the food hamper which was
not expected but was a lovely surprise - we would
also like to thank you for allowing us to stay an
extra few hours as we had a late flight - this was a
nice end to our holiday being able to spend a few
more hours on the lovely terrace. We have no
hesitation in recommending your apartments to our
friends and will definitely be back to casa Victor
when we get a chance.

holiday we have had. For the first time in years we
totally relaxed from day one and also had a fun
time, all down to you being so helpful with your

and do, when we normally go self-catering it takes
us about 3 days to sort ourselves out, you were
there if we needed you but, had our privacy as well.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you both for
the wonderful holiday we had.
From initial email to you enquiring through to
booking and the holiday itself, you were extremely
helpful and very quick in responding to me.
The whole process was very efficient, when we
arrived at the airport it was exactly as you stated,
taken to the car, picked up the car and we were off
in minutes. The same when we left, dropped the car
off, then taken to the airport with no hassles. Vic
even came out to us when we got lost which I think
is excellent customer care.
The apartment itself, was lovely, very nice inside
and with nice views. It was very clean, had all the
facilities we needed and more to be honest. The
apartment is in a beautiful area also and if you’re
a golfer, your in for a treat.
All in all I can certainly recommend yourselves and
I will certainly be a returning customer, that’s
definite.
Thanks again to you both, it was 11/10 for service,
apartment, help and the overall holiday itself.

Hi Maria and Victor,
We got back on Sunday and I just want to say a big
thank you for looking after us so well. We loved our
second stay at Casa Victor, the standard was very
high as usual. The peace and quiet sitting out on
the balcony was great and the views are amazing.
Missing it already! Thanks for all the great tips on
good restaurants to try out. Lunch at the Beach
Restaurant was lovely and it was handy having the
Suzuki to get around. Looking forward to seeing you
again soon!

My first experience of using Justmijas.com has been
a good one.
Maria has responded quickly and informatively to all
my queries, and I have felt very confident, that if
I needed anything Maria and Victor would be only too
pleased to help.
In fact Victor had changed a puncture on my car
within half an hour - which was brilliant! A good
couple to know! Have every intention of using them
again when I return to Mijas.

Hei Maria,
thank you for the wonderful stay at Casa Victor. We
truly enjoyed the apartment and the beautiful Puebla
Aida. Everything from the booking to the very
flexible extension of our stay worked smoothly and
with minimum effort from our side. The apartment was
very well equipped, everything of high standard. It
was plain luxury to awake in the mornings to the
green golf course view and return in the afternoons
from our own golf rounds and relax on the spacious
terrace. Hope we see you often in the future - to
Puebla Aida we will most surely come back.

Hi Maria and Vic,
Thanks for providing such lovely accommodation at
Casa Victor, Puebla Aida. We were sad to leave.
Despite many visits to Spain, we had not been to the
Costa del Sol before. Driving through the golf
courses when we first arrived was stunning. Puebla
Aida was beautiful. We had many walks around the
little nooks and crannies of the complex,
discovering lovely fountains and pathways that were
ornately decorated. We loved the courtyard in ‘El
Castillo’, it’s such a tranquil place to come back
to on a long day out. The attention to detail was
wonderful and everything was so well tended. No
wonder it won awards.
The food in the fridge was a lovely welcome. We
didn’t expect wine and beer as well, the latter of
which went down well when we arrived!! Vic was
really helpful getting us settled. The apartment had
everything we needed and more, even an umbrella for
the pool! The boys enjoyed some of the many DVD’s.
Casa Victor has the most amazing views from the
terrace. We sat out there most mornings and
evenings. I loved the pool and swam nearly every
morning before anyone else. We also tried 2 of the
other pools on the complex. The boys liked the
dolphin pool because it was the deepest.
The information pack in the apartment was really
useful. We tried a few of the restaurants you
recommended: El Gusto – La Cala, Venta La Morena –
twice and the Golf Club for lunch. Ian loved the
numerous Irish bars for the Guinness, particularly
Biddy Mulligans in La Cala, which has live music
most nights. We found Fish Alley in Fuengirola by
chance. It has an abundance of restaurants and a
great atmosphere. We had one of the best Chinese
meals there. The local shopping was brilliant, so
much choice: Myrmar, El Cortes Ingles, Dunnes –
better than at home.
This has been one of our best holidays and we will
definitely be back. There’s so much more we want to
see. Also, we didn’t get a chance to play golf so
that’s a must next time around.

Hi Maria,
Just a short note to thank you very much for the
lovely holiday we had in August this year in your
Casa Remi apartment. We had an amazing time and the
apartment was absolutely gorgeous. It is very rare
that you take a holiday abroad and feel very at home
in a rental apartment, but yours was second to none.
We have never stayed in another apartment that has
been so well maintained and well equipped with every
essential. A huge plus for us with 3 children was
the selection of DVDs that were there the toys and
of course the huge terraced area. The pool area also
was amazing and everywhere was so clean and well
maintained. Having the use of the car was also
great. The information booklet and directions to all
the restaurants etc.. that was in the apartment was
also extremely helpful. I have certainly recommended
you to friends and family and we will most certainly
be back in the future. attached is a pic of the kids
on the terrace.

Hi Maria and Family
We absolutely adored Casa Linda, the views were
amazing and right above the pool wow !!!!
It really made the holiday all the more enjoyable
having such a well-appointed and fully-equipped
apartment. All the family enjoyed staying in the
'Cathedral' in Casa Linda and that's not an easy
feat pleasing us adults, a 17 year old and an 11
year old, but your lovely apartment suited us
all.............even though we had to wrestle with
the wee one to get the Jacuzzi !!!!!
Thanks for showing us around Casa Victor at the
Castle before we left, it now looks like being a
tough choice for next year between Linda & Victor.

Sorry it's taken over a week to send an email,
unfortunately it was straight back to work after the
fabulous sun of Spain!!!!
We had a fantastic time, after six trips there now
Mijas golf has begun to really feel like home now
and we never want to leave!
Casa Violet was, as expected, a true home from home.
A beautiful house that we felt very comfortable and
relaxed in and all enjoyed. The facilities were
superb and the property lacks absolutely nothing. We
hope we left it as you wished to find it and again,
apologies re. the downstairs bathroom damage, let me
know if there are any issues please.
This was our best stay yet and without doubt the
best example of Mijas property we have stayed in, I
don't think we'll ever find better. We continue to
recommend friends and family to you. We will be in
touch later in the year about 2009, if you'll have
us back that is!

Casa Victor
We had a great 5 days in Mijas Golf. The apartment
was lovely, well kept, updated to the needs of a
tourist and stocked with food supply for the first
day! We loved the courtyard, the swimming pool area
and most of all the VIEWS!!! From our balcony (which
we used every evening) we could see the
Mediterranean, the mountains and sprouts of houses.
It was just beautiful to sit and relax after going
around the cities and trying to absorb Spanish life
in the South. We also liked that the complex is
located away from the noise and the city and yet
very close to the great beaches of Costa del Sol.
This was an excellent choice for us and our kids who
enjoyed the array of videos and music that was
available for our use while visiting. I have
recommended this place to all my friends and I will
sure go back there on my next visit to the South of
Spain!! Thank you Maria and Victor for a great stay
in Spain!

Dear Maria, Vic & Remi,
Living in the USA for so many years made me forget
just how beautiful Spain is. I was reminded of this
on my recent trip (June 08) to Mijas Costa.
We rented your 3-bedroom townhouse (Casa Violet),
which is a beautiful 2-story, with plenty of room
and felt just like home with all the added touches.
From the welcome package to the books, CD and
English TV. There’s nothing basic about this home
from home.
The location is in easy reach of anywhere you would
want to visit. We even managed a day to Gibraltar,
which reminded me of London.
The personal service you offer is second to none.
You made us feel very welcome and nothing was too
much trouble. We loved the car we rented from you
and the good news for Americans is that they drive
on the same side of the road.
We enjoyed is so much that we are already planning
our vacation for next year and we inviting more
people to come with us. Thank you so much and I look
forward to seeing you real soon.

Dear Maria and Vic,
Thank you very much for a wonderful time in Puebla
Aida. This was our first time in Puebla Aida at Casa
Jessie, but absolutely not the last. The apartment
was first class, beautifully furnished and the views
over the golf course were amazing. We did not have
car hire but we still found plenty to see and plenty
places to eat and the taxi service is very good.
The welcome food pack in the apartment is by far the
most generous that we have had and after a long day
travelling it was much appreciated. Vic picked us up
on arrival and returned us to the airport which made
it a stress free transfer .
We are already looking forward to our next holiday
to Pueblo Aida in September.

So sorry that it has taken so long to actually sit
down and comment about our holiday.
I have got to say that from start to finish it has
been the easiest holiday to arrange and that you
were fantastic with all the help and advice that you
gave us. As a family of five it is always hectic
trying to enjoy a holiday but your assistance and
help made things so easy. We took your information
file with us everywhere we went and it was our
'Bible' giving us all the information that we
needed. Your Casa Remi apartment was beautiful and
the terrace was so lovely to enjoy family meals and
the odd game of poker!! We would definitely love to
visit again and maybe try one of your other
apartments. I have got to say that we were very
reluctant to go home because the surroundings were
so lovely.

Clear blue skies and warm winter sun, the
crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea
lapping gently onto deserted sandy beaches. Ancient
history, picture-postcard scenery, leisure
activities and international cuisine to suit every
taste, this, is Mijas Costa.
What better way to enjoy these Latino delights than
in a luxuriously appointed apartment within the
majestic walls of El Castillo (The Castle). Our
hosts, Maria and Vic, were warm, helpful and
informative. The accommodation did not disappoint.
This Moorish-style castle dominates the hillside
village of Puebla Aida. The castle is built around a
refreshingly cool and shaded courtyard. Central to
this is a large fountain greeting visitors with a
relaxing melody of gently running water. Raised
flowerbeds and large palms compliment this communal
oasis. Our marble-clad apartment had a large,
south-facing terrace overlooking the golf courses of
Mijas Golf. In the distance the hazy silhouette of
Fuengirola is framed by the turquoise tones of the
Mediterranean Sea.
The surrounding village is an architectural flight
of fancy. The pueblo’s design takes its inspiration
from the regions distinctive hilltop hamlets. Narrow
cobbled alleyways wind their way through whitewashed
cottages. Iron-railed, Juliet balconies, hang from
shuttered windows waiting for their Romeo to call.
Linking these charming passageways is a series of
small courtyards, each with its own distinctive
water feature. The echoing resonance of running
water floats peacefully through the walkways on the
warm still air.
Puebla Aida forms a kaleidoscope of sound and vision
which lingers in the memory long after you’ve
departed, calling you to return to this dreamland in
the sun.

Dear Maria,
Thank you very much for a wonderful time in Puebla
Aida. We enjoyed our holiday in October 2007 in the
beautiful Casa Remi very much. Everything was very
nice, and having one of your cars as well, gave us
good opportunities to go around in the area. Most of
all we enjoyed the golfing at the 2 golf-courses:
Los Olivos and Los Lagos, beautifully designed by
the famous Robert Trent Jones. Every golfer in
Denmark should have the chance to try them!

Hi Maria.
This was our first time in Puebla Aida, Casa Jessie,
but absolutely not the last. It was one of the best
experiences we ever have had. We have been to the
Fuengirola area many times, but this is going to be
top rated. First of all your hospitality, nice to
feel welcome, - also by Scotty, the curious little
doggy and then to see and live in your lovely Casa
Jessie. Driving around in your justmijas.com Golf
was perfect, and fetching and returning it at the
Airport was a piece of cake, - it just worked out
fine, so it was good we didn't have to bother Vic to
drive us there!!!!
We can assure you that everyone we talk to here in
Denmark will be lectured in Puebla Aida, - and one
thing is for sure: We have not been there for the
last time!!!!
Once again thanks for a lovely week, - now we can

Dear Maria,
We would really like to thank you so much for
wonderful holidays spent in your apartment, I must
admit that our expectations were well exceeded. Firstly, when we
got into the Mijas golf course area the views were
stunning. When we got to Puebla Aida apartment
complex we could not believe we were staying there.
It looked like an ancient Andalusia palace of middle
ages. The area is so tidy and well looked after,
courtyard, stairway, hall made you feel you were
visiting one of the places of interest of this
beautiful country.
Beach is only a couple of minutes drive,
therefore staying in Pueblo Aida we were granted
with peaceful location, further from the buzz of
tourists.
We are confident that we will come back to this
place for holidays again, and no doubt, we will
highly recommend it to our friends in Lithuania.

Hi Maria and Vic,
Many thanks for another great holiday in July.
Puebla Aida is the nicest complex on the coast and
your apartments are the highest quality. This has
been our 3rd year, twice a year and it now feels
like a home from home. The welcome pack is ideal
especially if we arrive late in the evening. We have
now stayed in four of your apartments so hopefully
we will work our way through all of them.
It is also great having the car available as it
means a one stop shop for the holidays. We have a
screen saver on our computers of the views so we can
look out on the golf course every day at work while
it is raining outside.
Robert and I are looking forward to our week's golf
in September. Thanks for you help and keep up the

Hi Maria,
Some comments for your website. Hope its not too
long-winded!
From home, to an even better home." That's how we
would sum up our stay.
From the moment we first stepped into the lovely
Casa Victor apartment through to being driven back
to the Airport by the driver (Vic!) this was truly
an unforgettable holiday. The hospitality was second
to none.
The apartment was clean throughout, the best feature
being the magnificent balcony view of the mountains,
the local Golf course, and the pool area. We just
could not resist eating our daily breakfast dinner
and supper while taking in this moment - it is a
sure way to make beans on toast taste that extra
nicer!
The interior was very well furnished. Everything was
catered for - books, DVD's, CD collection, toys for
the kids, and sky sports for me! The kitchen had all
appliances and accessories you will ever need. There
was even enough food left in the fridge for our
arrival to prevent us from having to drive out to
the local supermarket on our first day. I have to
mention that our young kids were totally amazed that
we had our very own kitchen in the "hotel"!
But its not only the apartment which needs a special
mention. The Puebla Aida village itself is so full
of character and ideal if anyone, like ourselves,
who wants to settle well away from the beach and
mainly tourist areas, yet only be a ten minute drive
to the local beach.
A car is a must and there is a selection of cars
available - there was no messing about queuing up at
the rental car area at the airport and filling out
forms. The vehicle was ready and waiting after a
short mini bus drive to the depot. And being driven
back for departure was an unexpected bonus. A real
huge thanks for arranging this.
Whether its directions to a particular restaurant,
or having trouble with opening the garage door (as
we did on our first day) it never appeared too much
trouble for Maria. Ideal for those people on their
first visit to have re-assurance that
help-on-demand, as I call it, is only a phone call
away.
The obvious downside to all this was that the whole
experience was packed in such a wonderful way that
it left us extremely sad to leave! Initially, my
wife was apprehensive about going self-catering but
the fabulous facilities and assistance provided by
JustMijas, has converted her for another hopefully
longer experience in the future.
A very carefully thought-out environment to holiday

Puebla Aida, over looking the beautiful Mijas golf

This is a small note to say a BIG thank you for a
great holiday, my kids say the best they have had!
Casa Remi far exceeded our expectations it was a
beautiful apartment a real home from home. It was so
nice to arrive at the time we did quite late and
have a fridge full of essentials so we could have a
snack and drink what a lovely touch. Remi was great
company for the kids and they enjoyed all the time
they spent with her, and as for you Vic and Marie
don't know how you run such a professional business
and still have time for people, we will definitely

Hi Maria
Just wanted to drop you a line to say we had a
fabulous 10 days in Casa
Violet. It was a beautiful villa with gorgeous
furnishings and the most
fantastic view, it was wonderful sitting out on an
evening with a few
drinks and nibbles.
We finally managed to get to the El Tomquet
restaurant you
recommended....WOW, it was fabulous the tapas was
something to behold and
like you said, very cheap. We all really enjoyed the
miniature burgers
topped with quails eggs and the chorizo also went
down a storm. We did do
quite a few of the restaurants you recommended and
were never let down. The
El Potro early bird meal we booked was great, 3
courses and half a bottle of
wine each for 14 euros. The food was cooked to
perfection and the service
top class.
We will be booking again for our 3rd year with you
next year ,Thank you again for making the stay so comfortable,
your villas are
certainly top class.

We love Puebla Aida so much that we are returning
once again in August. This will be our 3rd visit
with Just Mijas. The apartment is perfectly situated
over looking the Pool and the views are spectactular.
The boys love the choice of swimming pools and the
friendly family atmosphere.

Three generations of the Nokes family enjoyed the

Cant praise the apartments enough, Love the place too on the beach
ten minutes one way and up in the hills with glorious scenery and
walks the other way , absolutely ideal for people with children in
early teens

Hi Maria and Vic
After an eventful trip home including a marathon sprint through the
Frankfurt airport, we made it home last evening.
We had a wonderful time at your "castle". The views could not have
been more spectacular at all hours of the day and night. We felt
quite at home in the apartment as it lacked for nothing. Thanks to
both of you for being so accommodating.
Andy is off to work and hopefully will not have too much to catch up
on since he was able to use your computer. We hope to return again
and will feel more comfortable driving around the region then.

opinion.
I have been to the Fuengirola area many times and it has been o.k.,
but this time has been the best ever..... and if you don't mind, I
will be back as often as possible in the future.

Dear Maria and Vic,
Lynne and I want to thank you for providing us a wonderful
apartment on our ten week stay in Spain. This was
our third visit to Spain and the best ever. The apartment
exceeded our expectations, more like a home away from home, then
the time shares we had experienced in the past.
The pick up and
delivery at the airport really made the trip so much more
enjoyable. Renting a car from you made moving through the
airport so much easier, eliminating standing in the queue and
filling out forms only to find your self in a parking lot trying
to find your way out. What a nice surprise to
find a several of days provisions in the refrigerator .We are
already looking forward to staying with you next year. Thank you
so much for making our visit such a memorable one. The very best

(1st class) with attention to detail and the views were magnificent.
For the younger clientele staying, may I suggest a visit to Nikkis
beach bar. The drive into Marbella is well worth
it. The information about places to go is in great depth, Truly

The apartment was like a home from home with fantastic views

Mijas has something for everyone. There
is copious amounts of fun to be had for children and adults alike. I
especially love the ambience of the place and all it has to offer.
The
apartments are stunning, and every attention to detail has been made.
The magnificent views and beautiful surroundings give the apartments a
luxurious setting. I will certainly be returning for a guaranteed 5
star holiday.

We booked at short notice & Maria was
really helpful in arranging things for us,
The apartment was very clean with 2 fantastic terraces with great
views & English TV. Puebla Aida is a great location. close
enough to the nightlife, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.
Enjoyed Mijas, Ronda, Marbella, & even had a day trip to Gibraltar.
p.s watch out for Maria's guard dog - Scottie!!

We all had a fantastic holiday and the
apartment was amazing and was a home from home, fully equipped for a
fantastic holiday.
Will return next year as the area is so quiet yet
so close to everything. The DVD collection for kids was brilliant it

great time and the girls really loved swimming in the lovely pool located
by our apartment. We loved the location, it was very pretty and also very
quiet.
The apartment itself was truly lovely and had everything there that
you needed. The girls loved the selection of DVD's, although they kept
watching "Sleeping Beauty" over and over again.

Thank you for creating such perfect and

apartment had absolutely everything one could think
of and more - it certainly exceeded our expectations
as did the location of Puebla Aida.
Everything had been taken care of by you: car
rental, diving instructions, description of sights,
beaches, where to go for shopping, dining..
absolutely everything!

We had a fantastic holiday staying in Casa Remi at Puebla Aida. We thought
the accommodation looked really good when we booked on the internet but it
was even better than we could have hoped when we saw it for real! It really
was luxury accommodation as promised!
Everything we needed was there and if wasn’t all we needed to do was to ask
Maria and it appeared. The accommodation was exactly right for a family,
plenty of room to spread out and relax in the very comfortable surroundings,
just what you need after a day out. We loved being able to relax on the
terrace in the evenings in peaceful surroundings and the children loved
chilling out in front of the TV or a DVD.
We spend many happy hours at the pools in the complex, all within a short
walk from the apartment, they were never crowded and we always had enough
sunbeds.
Collecting the car from the airport was so very easy, no queues, no forms,
just a quick phone call and a short minibus ride and we were off!
We liked it so much we booked for the next year before we left!

Our thanks to you both for providing an
extremely comfortable apartment to us for our two week winter sunshine
break. It is clear for all to see that you have put a great deal of
effort and thought into ensuring guests have a very clean, comfortable

We spend a wonderful 2 months in Casa
Remi, everything was as described; a really delightful apartment.
The help and advise from Maria and Vic was first class making the
holiday very enjoyable, the collection from Malaga Airport and
welcome pack made the start of the holiday stress free.
Hopefully we
will return next year.

This was our 5th visit although this time we stayed in an
alternative apartment, we liked our usual one so much we was
reluctant to book an alternative but it was better than the last
one.
Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated all the help
