Dear Maria, Vic & Remi,
Living in the USA for so many years made me forget
just how beautiful Spain is. I was reminded of this
on my recent trip (June 08) to Mijas Costa.
We rented your 3-bedroom townhouse (Casa Violet),
which is a beautiful 2-story, with plenty of room
and felt just like home with all the added touches.
From the welcome package to the books, CD and
English TV. There’s nothing basic about this home
from home.
The location is in easy reach of anywhere you would
want to visit. We even managed a day to Gibraltar,
which reminded me of London.
The personal service you offer is second to none.
You made us feel very welcome and nothing was too
much trouble. We loved the car we rented from you
and the good news for Americans is that they drive
on the same side of the road.
We enjoyed is so much that we are already planning
our vacation for next year and we inviting more
people to come with us. Thank you so much and I look
forward to seeing you real soon.

bustle of the 'real world' is a million miles away.

well-kept home from home with magnificent views and
all the facilities that anyone could wish for.
It's so comforting to know that the helpful hosts
are on-site 24/7, too.

Dear Maria and Vic,
Thank you very much for a wonderful time in Puebla
Aida. This was our first time in Puebla Aida at Casa
Jessie, but absolutely not the last. The apartment
was first class, beautifully furnished and the views
over the golf course were amazing. We did not have
car hire but we still found plenty to see and plenty
places to eat and the taxi service is very good.
The welcome food pack in the apartment is by far the
most generous that we have had and after a long day
travelling it was much appreciated. Vic picked us up
on arrival and returned us to the airport which made
it a stress free transfer .
We are already looking forward to our next holiday
to Pueblo Aida in September.

So sorry that it has taken so long to actually sit
down and comment about our holiday.
I have got to say that from start to finish it has
been the easiest holiday to arrange and that you
were fantastic with all the help and advice that you
gave us. As a family of five it is always hectic
trying to enjoy a holiday but your assistance and
help made things so easy. We took your information
file with us everywhere we went and it was our
'Bible' giving us all the information that we
needed. Your Casa Remi apartment was beautiful and
the terrace was so lovely to enjoy family meals and
the odd game of poker!! We would definitely love to
visit again and maybe try one of your other
apartments. I have got to say that we were very
reluctant to go home because the surroundings were
so lovely.

Clear blue skies and warm winter sun, the
crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea
lapping gently onto deserted sandy beaches. Ancient
history, picture-postcard scenery, leisure
activities and international cuisine to suit every
taste, this, is Mijas Costa.
What better way to enjoy these Latino delights than
in a luxuriously appointed apartment within the
majestic walls of El Castillo (The Castle). Our
hosts, Maria and Vic, were warm, helpful and
informative. The accommodation did not disappoint.
This Moorish-style castle dominates the hillside
village of Puebla Aida. The castle is built around a
refreshingly cool and shaded courtyard. Central to
this is a large fountain greeting visitors with a
relaxing melody of gently running water. Raised
flowerbeds and large palms compliment this communal
oasis. Our marble-clad apartment had a large,
south-facing terrace overlooking the golf courses of
Mijas Golf. In the distance the hazy silhouette of
Fuengirola is framed by the turquoise tones of the
Mediterranean Sea.
The surrounding village is an architectural flight
of fancy. The pueblo’s design takes its inspiration
from the regions distinctive hilltop hamlets. Narrow
cobbled alleyways wind their way through whitewashed
cottages. Iron-railed, Juliet balconies, hang from
shuttered windows waiting for their Romeo to call.
Linking these charming passageways is a series of
small courtyards, each with its own distinctive
water feature. The echoing resonance of running
water floats peacefully through the walkways on the
warm still air.
Puebla Aida forms a kaleidoscope of sound and vision
which lingers in the memory long after you’ve
departed, calling you to return to this dreamland in
the sun.

Just a note to say thank you. It was the sixth time
at Puebla Aida for us but the first we have rented
with you. Our holiday started form the minute we
were greeted at the Airport by Vic. Casa Jessie was
the perfect apartment with the most stunning views
from the balcony by day and by night. It was an
added convenience to be able to have one of your
cars to visit all the lovely places and restaurants
surrounding Puebla Aida. We had a wonderful holiday
and will most definitely be looking to rent with
Just Mijas the next time we return. You made us feel
most welcome and well catered for.

Dear Maria,
Thank you very much for a wonderful time in Puebla
Aida. We enjoyed our holiday in October 2007 in the
beautiful Casa Remi very much. Everything was very
nice, and having one of your cars as well, gave us
good opportunities to go around in the area. Most of
all we enjoyed the golfing at the 2 golf-courses:
Los Olivos and Los Lagos, beautifully designed by
the famous Robert Trent Jones. Every golfer in
Denmark should have the chance to try them!

Hi Maria.
This was our first time in Puebla Aida, Casa Jessie,
but absolutely not the last. It was one of the best
experiences we ever have had. We have been to the
Fuengirola area many times, but this is going to be
top rated. First of all your hospitality, nice to
feel welcome, - also by Scotty, the curious little
doggy and then to see and live in your lovely Casa
Jessie. Driving around in your justmijas.com Golf
was perfect, and fetching and returning it at the
Airport was a piece of cake, - it just worked out
fine, so it was good we didn't have to bother Vic to
drive us there!!!!
We can assure you that everyone we talk to here in
Denmark will be lectured in Puebla Aida, - and one
thing is for sure: We have not been there for the
last time!!!!
Once again thanks for a lovely week, - now we can

Dear Maria,
We would really like to thank you so much for
wonderful holidays spent in your apartment, I must
admit that our expectations were well exceeded. Firstly, when we
got into the Mijas golf course area the views were
stunning. When we got to Puebla Aida apartment
complex we could not believe we were staying there.
It looked like an ancient Andalusia palace of middle
ages. The area is so tidy and well looked after,
courtyard, stairway, hall made you feel you were
visiting one of the places of interest of this
beautiful country.
Beach is only a couple of minutes drive,
therefore staying in Pueblo Aida we were granted
with peaceful location, further from the buzz of
tourists.
We are confident that we will come back to this
place for holidays again, and no doubt, we will
highly recommend it to our friends in Lithuania.

Hi Maria and Vic,
Many thanks for another great holiday in July.
Puebla Aida is the nicest complex on the coast and
your apartments are the highest quality. This has
been our 3rd year, twice a year and it now feels
like a home from home. The welcome pack is ideal
especially if we arrive late in the evening. We have
now stayed in four of your apartments so hopefully
we will work our way through all of them.
It is also great having the car available as it
means a one stop shop for the holidays. We have a
screen saver on our computers of the views so we can
look out on the golf course every day at work while
it is raining outside.
Robert and I are looking forward to our week's golf
in September. Thanks for you help and keep up the
good work.

Some comments for your website. Hope its not too
long-winded!
From home, to an even better home." That's how we
would sum up our stay.
From the moment we first stepped into the lovely
Casa Victor apartment through to being driven back
to the Airport by the driver (Vic!) this was truly
an unforgettable holiday. The hospitality was second
to none.
The apartment was clean throughout, the best feature
being the magnificent balcony view of the mountains,
the local Golf course, and the pool area. We just
could not resist eating our daily breakfast dinner
and supper while taking in this moment - it is a
sure way to make beans on toast taste that extra
nicer!
The interior was very well furnished. Everything was
catered for - books, DVD's, CD collection, toys for
the kids, and sky sports for me! The kitchen had all
appliances and accessories you will ever need. There
was even enough food left in the fridge for our
arrival to prevent us from having to drive out to
the local supermarket on our first day. I have to
mention that our young kids were totally amazed that
we had our very own kitchen in the "hotel"!
But its not only the apartment which needs a special
mention. The Puebla Aida village itself is so full
of character and ideal if anyone, like ourselves,
who wants to settle well away from the beach and
mainly tourist areas, yet only be a ten minute drive
to the local beach.
A car is a must and there is a selection of cars
available - there was no messing about queuing up at
the rental car area at the airport and filling out
forms. The vehicle was ready and waiting after a
short mini bus drive to the depot. And being driven
back for departure was an unexpected bonus. A real
huge thanks for arranging this.
Whether its directions to a particular restaurant,
or having trouble with opening the garage door (as
we did on our first day) it never appeared too much
trouble for Maria. Ideal for those people on their
first visit to have re-assurance that
help-on-demand, as I call it, is only a phone call
away.
The obvious downside to all this was that the whole
experience was packed in such a wonderful way that
it left us extremely sad to leave! Initially, my
wife was apprehensive about going self-catering but
the fabulous facilities and assistance provided by
JustMijas, has converted her for another hopefully
longer experience in the future.
A very carefully thought-out environment to holiday

The scene was set as we drove up the hill into
Puebla Aida, over looking the beautiful Mijas golf

through the lounge onto the balcony we just knew we
were going to have a wonderful peaceful holiday.

Casa Remi far exceeded our expectations it was a
beautiful apartment a real home from home. It was so
nice to arrive at the time we did quite late and
have a fridge full of essentials so we could have a
snack and drink what a lovely touch. Remi was great
company for the kids and they enjoyed all the time
they spent with her, and as for you Vic and Marie
don't know how you run such a professional business
and still have time for people, we will definitely

Hi Maria
Just wanted to drop you a line to say we had a
fabulous 10 days in Casa
Violet. It was a beautiful villa with gorgeous
furnishings and the most
fantastic view, it was wonderful sitting out on an
evening with a few
drinks and nibbles.
We finally managed to get to the El Tomquet
restaurant you
recommended....WOW, it was fabulous the tapas was
something to behold and
like you said, very cheap. We all really enjoyed the
miniature burgers
topped with quails eggs and the chorizo also went
down a storm. We did do
quite a few of the restaurants you recommended and
were never let down. The
El Potro early bird meal we booked was great, 3
courses and half a bottle of
wine each for 14 euros. The food was cooked to
perfection and the service
top class.
We will be booking again for our 3rd year with you
next year ,Thank you again for making the stay so comfortable,
your villas are
certainly top class.

We love Puebla Aida so much that we are returning
once again in August. This will be our 3rd visit
with Just Mijas. The apartment is perfectly situated
over looking the Pool and the views are spectactular.
The boys love the choice of swimming pools and the

After an eventful trip home including a marathon sprint through the
Frankfurt airport, we made it home last evening.
We had a wonderful time at your "castle". The views could not have

exceeded our expectations, more like a home away from home, then

The pick up and
delivery at the airport really made the trip so much more

airport so much easier, eliminating standing in the queue and

The apartment was very clean with 2 fantastic terraces with great
views & English TV. Puebla Aida is a great location. close
enough to the nightlife, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.
Enjoyed Mijas, Ronda, Marbella, & even had a day trip to Gibraltar.

We had a fantastic holiday staying in Casa Remi at Puebla Aida. We thought
the accommodation looked really good when we booked on the internet but it
was even better than we could have hoped when we saw it for real! It really
was luxury accommodation as promised!
Everything we needed was there and if wasn’t all we needed to do was to ask
Maria and it appeared. The accommodation was exactly right for a family,
plenty of room to spread out and relax in the very comfortable surroundings,
just what you need after a day out. We loved being able to relax on the
terrace in the evenings in peaceful surroundings and the children loved
chilling out in front of the TV or a DVD.
We spend many happy hours at the pools in the complex, all within a short
walk from the apartment, they were never crowded and we always had enough
sunbeds.
Collecting the car from the airport was so very easy, no queues, no forms,
just a quick phone call and a short minibus ride and we were off!
We liked it so much we booked for the next year before we left!

We spend a wonderful 2 months in Casa
Remi, everything was as described; a really delightful apartment.
The help and advise from Maria and Vic was first class making the
holiday very enjoyable, the collection from Malaga Airport and
welcome pack made the start of the holiday stress free.
