ABOUT CASA LINDA
This beautiful 1st Floor luxury apartment is
situated in Puebla Aida. It holds a prime position
within the Cathedral at Puebla Aida which is one of
the most prestigious parts of the Pueblo. The
Cathedral over looks the Los Lagos and Olivos Golf
courses. The Apartment is accessed via the most
beautiful Entrance Hall, the staircase leads up to a
beautiful walkway which leads up to the apartment
via beautiful ornate walkways.
The galleried staircase is the centre piece, and all
of the apartments are accessed via this. The rears
doors from the Cathedral lead out to the lush
tropical gardens and the beautiful Dolphin Pool. The
main doors are secure with entry system.
There are 4 Communal Pools on the complex all within
a 1 – 2 min walk. There are several local bars and a
mini market within walking distance during the busy
season. The hotel Byblos and the New Radison Complex
are open to the public for meals and drinks. There
is also a Club House on the Golf course that does
very nice lunches and the walk is very nice. The
apartment over looks the Dolphin Pool and is totally
south facing with beautiful views of the golf
course, sea, and surrounding mountains. |

THE MASTER BEDROOM
This Beautiful bedroom has been furnished to a very
high standard and has direct access to the Terrace
Patio doors which makes it extremely light and airy.
The views from the bedroom window are breathless and
a pleasure to wake up to in the morning.
The terrace over looks the Dolphin Pool and the Golf
course, in fact the view could not get any better if
it was painted in a picture.
The room has a Super King Size Bed and high quality
furniture and soft furnishing making it 5*
accommodation. The pictures on the wall are
beautiful and give the room a relaxing feel. The
bedroom also has a luxury ceiling fan to keep you
cool during the hotter month’s. There is ample
wardrobe space within the Mirrored wardrobes and
plenty of drawer space as well. |

SECOND BEDROOM
This lovely bright airy room has been decorated to a
luxury standard. There are two twin beds in this
room which can be made into a double if required on
special request. It has the most beautiful soft
furnishings making it 5* accommodation. It also has
the benefit of a Luxury fantasy ceiling fan fitted.
There is a beautiful window which opens out to views
of the Castle and Pueblo.
The bedroom is also furnished very nicely giving
ample drawer space. There are large Mirrored double
wardrobes giving ample hanging space for clothes.
This room is spacious and very bright and has its
own bathroom directly next door, which is rare in
normal two bedroom accommodation. |

THE LOUNGE
The Lounge is a very comfortable lazy relaxing area.
It has been furnished to a very high standard. The
walls have the most beautiful paintings and prints,
making the walls very interesting to look at. The
luxury soft furnishing make it a home away from
home. There's a comfy leather sofa and armchair in
the TV area. The remainder of the Lounge has
beautifully rustic wood furniture. There is a large
television and DVD in the lounge which is connected
to Satellite. In the cabinet there is a large
selection of over 100 DVDs to choose from.
There is a stereo system with an "across the board"
selection of music for your pleasure. The lounge has the benefit of a
luxury fantasy ceiling fan. Everything is
worked by remote control therefore you do not even
have to leave the sofa if you are feeling lazy.
The views from the lounge over the Golf course and
Pool area are very relaxing. The terrace is accessed
via two large Patio doors. |

THE DINING AREA
The Large rustic indoor dining table is ideal for
the winter month’s. Generally speaking most of the
dining is done on the outside, but it is nice to
have comfortable indoor dining if required. The
table and chairs are made of solid wood and seats
six people very comfortably. The dining room area is
very spacious, as it is situated in what would have
been the third bedroom. The dining area is situated
in a large L shape part of the lounge separated from
the TV area. Candles, place mats etc are supplied
allowing a very romantic dining area to be created
if desired. The views from the dining table are just
as breathless as the views from the Terrace.
From dining in to just relaxing and playing a good
old fashioned game of cards over a glass of wine.

TERRACE
This apartment has the benefit of being in the best
and most desirable position in the Cathedral and
totally is south facing over the famous Los Olivos
and Laos golf courses.
The looks over one of our beautiful 4 communal pool
areas. There are views of Fuengirola and the sea to
the left and spectacular mountain views to the
right.
There is so much to see from the moment you get up
to sunset. The terrace is split into two separated
areas. There are two alfresco tables and chairs to
sit and enjoy the view from.
The terrace a lovely selection of quality large
plants, which we encourage out clients to water
whilst they are here in the hot months. |

KITCHEN
This kitchen is very spacious and has plenty of
cupboard space and work surface for a holiday
apartment. It is very bright and airy with a windows
opening out on the beautiful Andalusian courtyard.
The kitchen has been equipped to a very high
standard giving everything you could possible
attention to everything that you could possibly
need. The kitchen comprises of Oven/ Hob, microwave,
fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle,
toaster, coffee maker, etc. There is ample top
quality crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans.
This makes longer stays and extended holidays very
easy and comfortable. |

MAIN BATHROOM
This consists of large Jacuzzi bath and Shower unit,
Toilet and hand basin. The bathroom has also been
decorated in traditional Andalucian tiles and is
very spacious.
