ABOUT CASA RITA
Casa Rita is a beautiful one bedroom Moorish
townhouse situated in Puebla Aida, facing the Castle
Tower and pool just 30 Mt's away and is very popular
with people that have stayed here before. The sun
terrace benefits from all day sun, The house has
wonderful views of the Golf course from the upper
Sun terrace and village views from the smaller west
facing terrace downstairs. Casa Rita's front door is
accessed via the most beautiful Andalusian walkway,
which opens onto a cobbled plaza with Moorish
fountain.
This is our latest addition of which we are very
proud of and has been totally refurbished in 2009
with a new kitchen, bathroom and decorated and
furnished throughout. Casa Rita is ideally suited
for a couple but can accommodate a family with up to
two children as there is a large quality sofa bed in
the lounge, Ample parking is available just a few
Mt's away, Choice of four communal pools, two of
which have children's pools attached, 24 hr taxi
service, Hotels, Shop and restaurant/bars 5 Min's
walk, large selection local restaurants just outside
entrance to golf course,

The beautiful lounge is located on the first floor
and is very comfortable and spacious with plenty of
light. The furniture and soft furnishing have been
tastefully chosen in keeping to give it a warm
Moorish effect. The lounge consists of a good
quality ceiling fan, full size Sofa bed and
armchair, coffee tables, Latest Digital TV /SAT and
DVD Player & fast broadband WI-FI, A large selection
of DVDs, CDs and books are supplied to keep you
entertained. Satellite TV currently provides the
following Stations: BBC1 BBC2 BBC3 ITV1 ITV2 ITV3
ITV4 CH4 CH5 Sky One, True Movies, Sky Movies Drama,
Film 4, Sky 3, Gold, National geographical, Sky
Sports 1,2,3, Sky News and Eurosport. Centre piece
of the lounge is an attractive stone clad
traditional open fireplace,
Large French doors give access to the front west
facing terrace which has patio table and chairs,
ideal for breakfast in the sun or pre-dinner drinks.

French doors from the lounge and comprises of patio
table and chairs. Great views of the Castle and
village can be enjoyed from this terrace while
enjoying breakfast or afternoon tea /pre dinner
drinks while watching the sun go down,
TOP SUN TERRACE
The all day top floor Sun terrace is accessed via a
short staircase from the Kitchen and has a further
table and chairs, sun shade, two sun loungers and
BBQ for dining alfresco in the afternoons or
evenings, The views of the Castle, pools, village
and golf course can be enjoyed from this terrace.
Ideal for chilling and reading a nice book whilst,
enjoying a lovely glass of wine. |

KITCHEN
Casa Rita has a wonderful fully equipped modern
kitchen located on the first floor, new in 2009. The
kitchen is accessed via one step from the lounge and
enjoys a beautiful arch shaped wooden window which
gives lots of natural light and looks out to the
beautiful Moorish courtyard where the fountain can
be heard trickling.
It benefits from oven, ceramic halogen hob, grill,
microwave, fridge/small freezer, ( a larger storage
freezer is located downstairs in the utility
cupboard) kettle, toaster, coffee percolator,
crockery, cookware, utensils, cutlery glassware and
bin. In fact everything you need to enjoy a nice
home cooked meal is readily available. The washing
machine by clever design has been located in the
large downstairs bathroom under the staircase thus
allowing lots more cupboard space
UTILITY CUPBOARD
Located on the ground floor, storage freezer,
brooms, mops and room for cases and golf clubs etc

The bedroom is located on the ground floor (The
bathroom is directly next door ) thus having the
